Constitution & Bylaws Committee

Purpose

To provide periodic review and recommend changes or amendments to the Bylaws of the North Carolina Section, American Water Works Association and the constitution and Bylaws of the North Carolina Water Pollution Control Association, Inc.

Organization

The committee shall be appointed by the chair. The committee should consist of a chair, the Director for AWWA, either or both of the Directors for WEF, the Association Secretary, and any active association members that the committee chair deems beneficial to accomplishing the purpose of the committee. The Board liaison is the Association Chair.
