Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is Chaired by the Association Chair. Members are limited to the Chair, Chair-Elect, Vice Chair, Past Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Executive Committee sets the Agenda for Board meetings, and is responsible for Personnel matters, Budget and Finance, and for responding to urgent matters between Board meetings.
