Breakfast will be available at 9 a.m. and the stream cleaning will run from 9:15 a.m. to 11 a.m.
We will walk the stream which is accessible by a greenway trail alongside the creek. Volunteers are
encouraged to wear long-sleeved clothing, sunscreen, insect repellant, and closed toe shoes or boots. The
City of Raleigh will provide safety vests, gloves, and trash bags for all volunteers.
**April 22nd is Earth Day, a popular weekend for people to get out and clean the environment. For that
reason, the City may be low on safety vests. We ask that if you are able to bring along your own safety vest
please do so to help spread the provided vests among our volunteers.**
Breakfast and water bottles will be provided.
Please RSVP at the following link by April 15th!
