Annual Corporate Sponsorship

Annual Corporate Sponsorship offers company recognition on www.ncsafewater.org, in publications throughout the year, and at NC AWWA-WEA events.

 

Spring Conference
April 18-20, 2010 - New Bern, NC

Sponsorship ($300-$2,000)
Applications accepted starting January 19, 2010 at 10:00am
Please note, some sponsorship types have limited availability.

Benefits to Spring Conference Sponsorship types include recognition at conference events or golf tournament and publication in conference program and NC Currents magazine.


Exhibits ($500)
Applications accepted starting February 1, 2010.

Exhibit area will feature 60 booths and serve as the site of NC AWWA-WEA's first ever Wii Sports Challenge!  Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to select their own booths online.

Guidelines for Submitting Artwork

Since logo may appear in multiple locations (banners, signs, program, PowerPoint) you must submit appropriate copies of your logo in the appropriate sizes.   We cannot edit or format artwork.  Logos should be sent as you would like them to appear at the requested size.  Artwork containing more than your company’s name & logo will not be used.

Email all artwork to Nicole Banks at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  If file size is greater than 5MB, please do not email, instead mail a CD containing the logo(s) to the NC AWWA-WEA office.

Print Logo
Format: GIF, TIF, PNG, or PDF at a resolution of at least 300dpi and within the dimensions of 3.25 inches wide and 2.25 inches high.

Banner Logo
Format: GIF, TIF, PNG, or PDF at a resolution of at least 300dpi and within the dimensions of 10 inches wide and 8 inches high.

Website Logo
Format: JPEG, 150 pixels wide by 60 pixels high, 72 dpi, and less than 15 kilobytes.
