NC Currents Magazine Summer Deadline
Monday, February 13, 2017
Water is life…and with the world population increasing at about 80 million per year, it will be increasingly difficult with time to manage our water resources effectively to sustain life and our quality of life.
Fortunately, water is a renewable resource, and there are many cases in which reused water is being utilized as a substantial water resource in many parts of the United States, including North Carolina.
It is critical for the water and wastewater industry to continue to explore water reuse options and look for innovative solutions to overcome the obstacles that the brightest minds in water resources engineering continue to face.
In the Summer 2017 issue of NC Currents magazine, we will take a deeper look into these obstacles, and reveal the many aspects of water reuse including topics such as potable reuse, grey water, rain water harvesting, and regulations.
If you would like to submit an article for consideration, please send it to Nici Banks at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on April, 10, 2017. Each article submitted must be accompanied by the NC Currents Article Submission Form.
