The facility was engineered by Vaughn & Melton and Lee Fleming and was built by DeVere Construction. The plant was built to replace a very outdated crumbling steel ring package plant.

Operators who have certifications issued by the WPCSOCC will receive 2 contact hours toward their continuing education requirement if they attend both the technical session and the plant tour.
