Jason upholds FIG’s philosophy of serving cuisine that is relevant, approachable, sensible, technically driven, and seasonally inspired. A leader in the farm-to-table movement since opening, FIG pays homage to the bounty of the Low-country region by offering a daily changing menu that is honest and straightforward.

Cheetie is co-owner and Chef at Garland, located in Raleigh, NC. Cheetie’s cooking is created in a refined and thoughtful way, filled with imagination and rebellion. Her food may seem “foreign” but is rather an interpretation of local ingredients made through the eyes of someone who grew up in India, New York City and the South.

Cost is $175 per person and includes an evening of exceptional food and wine.
All proceeds will be donated to the NC Safewater Endowment Fund.
